You can delete your Up2 account and its data at any time. It works the same on iPhone and Android.
In the app
1. Open your profile and tap Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom, then confirm.
A business page has its own Delete in Menu, then Account Settings.
Without the app
Email privacy@up2app.com from the address on your account and tell us your username. We confirm it's you, then delete the account.
What is deleted
Your profile, plans, chats, lists, posts and photos leave Up2 straight away. We then keep a hidden copy for a limited time, so we can recover from mistakes and answer safety reports and legal requests. After that it is permanently deleted. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Subscriptions
A business subscription keeps billing until you cancel it. Deleting your account doesn't stop it. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play.
